To grow and develop further, an individual must be able to be flexible and have an understanding of the nature of life events.
It is never too late to change anything in life. You always have to start with yourself. Any change is a part of life. There are processes we can influence and processes we cannot.
It is important to focus on what you can influence, and even more important to see how the negative events of life have strengthened and allowed you to recover. Remember that one of the most important rules is, to be honest, and true to yourself.
Evaluating your experience and your internal and external resources or strengths will help you identify your most appropriate strategies for overcoming difficulties. Make choices based on your values and learn from your experience.
