Job searches, and even more so job interviews, are always worrying and stressful. Everyone wants to show themselves on the best and strongest side, but often even seemingly small things can get into a prospective employer’s eyes.
It is essential to prepare answers in advance to questions such as wages, significant shortcomings, or leaving the previous job. Still, it is equally important to keep the conversation with the employer free and straightforward.
Preparing for a job interview is never easy. No matter how much time you spend trying to find out everything about the company, trying to answer all the classic questions, and training your handshake, you will never be 100% ready.
But that doesn’t mean you don’t try. Although each job interview is unique and different from the questions and tasks asked, there are several small rules that can be applied to almost any situation. One of the most important is — pay attention to your language and the words you use!
