The Basic Principles of a Warm-up
One of the first rules for starting workouts in the winter is to warm up longer. Give it more time, prep yourself accordingly, be ready for the cold. In the cold, the body warms up more slowly, so while still indoors, you can start to move the muscles, for example, walking intensely on the spot, doing lunges, and so on.
