Life is full of different unexpected opportunities, but getting yourself out of your comfort zone can be difficult and in the process of it, it can be difficult to grab hold of things and great life moments.

We all know that living comfortably is easy, and we fear uncertainty and the unexpected. And it would be fine if the comfort zone was limited to quite tangible notions of comfort — one could spend all his life in his little paradise. Where the comfort is too great to even think about leaving and exposing yourself to outer things.

But there is a problem with that — the “comfort zone” is a metaphysical space that gives not only a feeling of physical comfort but also psychological safety. Here we protect ourselves from everything that goes beyond our usual routine, which minimizes the risk of awkward and stressful situations.
